Visitors to our websites

When someone visits www.adazanditon.com we use third a party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. If we do want to collect personally identifiable information through our website, we will be up front about this. We will make it clear when we collect personal information and will explain what we intend to do with it.

Online Shop

Our online shop is hosted by Shopify. They store the data of all the customers. They do not use your data for anything other than for us to be able to process your orders and deal with any queries. They also maintain security and performance and make sure all the software is up to date
Through the shopify portal we keep a customer profile with contact details and a list of purchases.

Couriers

We currently use Interparcel and royal mail to ship our products. In order to make sure the product arrives we may need to provide personal information to the couriers, including full name, address, phone number and email address. To read more about their privacy policies click here:

People who contact us via social media

We use Instagram, Facebook and Twitter, we don’t export any data from there, however individually those platforms collect data for analytics which we have access to. Please see their policies for more info.

People who email us

Our emails are hosted by Gmail.
We monitor any emails sent to us, including file attachments, for viruses or malicious software. Please be aware that you have a responsibility to ensure that any email you send is within the bounds of the law.

Ada Zanditon Couture tries to meet the highest standards when collecting and using personal information. For this reason, we take any complaints we receive about this very seriously. KLARNA

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna.

• Pay in [14] days: The payment period is 14 days from shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. You can find the complete terms and conditions for the markets where this payment method is available here: United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Austria, Switzerlandand the Netherlands.
• Financing: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. Further information regarding Slice It including terms and conditions and Standard European Consumer Credit Information you can find here for the markets where this payment method is available: Austria, the United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmarkand Finland.
• Direct bank transfer: Available in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.
• Direct Debit: Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service ​or in case of a subscription in accordance with the timelines communicate​d. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.
• Card Payments: Available in Sweden, Germany and Austria. The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. In case of a subscription the amount will be debited in accordance with the timelines communicated.

The payment methods Pay in [14] days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna. Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection law and in accordance with the information in Klarnas privacy statement.
